By using our website, you agree to be bound by 24-7Eshop Ltd's Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), as stated below.
Agreement for the supply of Products
The description of the Products are as set out on our website at the time of ordering. Product descriptions, price and availability information are subject to change without notice.
The confirmation e-mail from us amounts to an acceptance by 24-7Eshop Ltd of your offer to buy Products from 24-7Eshop Ltd and this acceptance is effective in creating an Agreement regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. 24-7Eshop Ltd may withdraw from a prospective agreement at any time prior to acceptance.
Processing of orders
Credit and Debit cards are debited when the order is placed. All prices include VAT (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.
We aim to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. We are not able to supply dates we may get an item in stock.
Delivery, Title and Risk
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Product will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in our confirmation e-mail. Please note that product may be sent to you in instalments. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us within a reasonable time. Risk and title to any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.
Refunds, Returns and Complaints
A refund of the purchase price of Products returned will be made if the following terms have been met:
1. The products must be unused and in their original condition & packaging.
2. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
3. Products must be received back within 14 days from the day of despatch of the products.
4. Items personalised to customer requirements are non refundable.
5. Postage is non refundable.
If we suspect that the Products have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We reserve the right to make a charge of up to 25% on the value of any Products which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to make a charge for the return of Products from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the unlikely event that you receive Products which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated in your order, we shall, at our own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective Product, or refund to you the amount you paid for the Products in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing within 10 working days of delivery of the Product. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither 24-7Eshop Ltd nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
We do not accept liability for any errors and omissions. We will try to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE PROVIDING THIS WEB SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ON AN ‘AS IS’ BASIS AND MAKE NO (AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL) REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THIS WEB SITE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE VIA THIS WEB SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
Miscellaneous
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
We reserve the right to terminate supply of product and to suspend or terminate your access to the web site immediately and without notice to you if:
1. you fail to make any payment to us when due; or
2. you breach the terms of this Agreement (repeatedly or otherwise); or
3. when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity; or
4. we suspect you have engaged, or about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the site.
These Terms supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between us and you relating to your purchase. If any provision of these Terms shall be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining parts of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected.

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, or in connection with the Agreement. The parties agree to submit to that jurisdiction.
Changes in Terms
24-7Eshop Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the 24-7Eshop Ltd web site and will apply to all orders placed after this time.

Health Information - Nut Allergies
Please be advised that the nature of our working environment doesn’t allow for us to have a Nut Free area, an example is weighing scales are shared by all products. Even products where the manufacturer advice is that the product is Nut free we cannot guarantee that there was no exposure to traces during packing. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the Health information contained in this site is as accurate as possible, it is taken from the manufacturer and therefore we cannot guarantee any of the information. We would ask anyone with specific dietary requirements to exercise caution when ordering.
