At Nappycakeshop.co.uk division of Party Pick N mIx venture, we want you to be sure about us before you commit to any purchase. That is why we have written the Terms and Conditions below so that you can be certain how we work. They are important to both you and ourselves, so please take a few minutes to read them.

Naturally, it is our policy to not only sell you what you want but to make sure that you, or your recipient are delighted with your purchase. The whole notion of our business is to please you so that you will want to shop with us again. In order to do this, part of our policy is to be open and transparent on both our site and at a personal level.

We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order. This will detail everything you have ordered and the amount charged to your credit / debit card. We will send you a second e-mail to tell you when your order has been dispatched.

Nappycakeshop.co.uk will do its utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the time frame specified. Should events outside our control prevent this, we will contact you by e-mail and arrange an alternative. If we are unable to fulfill your order, for any reason, a refund for all monies already paid will be made to the credit / debit card used.

Should the Goods arrive in a damaged condition you must advise us by e-mail within two days. You should follow the returns procedure to obtain a refund or replacement.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit or debit card, which you are using, is your own, you are over 18 years of age and that sufficient funds are available to pay for the cost of your purchase. If you are in breach of the above, you may also be in breach of the law.
