How much do I pay for delivery and postage to the UK?
Standard Delivery
All delivery to the UK is £4.95 for First Class Recorded Delivery. All orders placed before 12PM will normally be dispatched the same day. We always do our best to accomodate any special requests. Please allow approximtaley between 1-3 working Days for Delivery. The package will need a signature on arrival please ensure there is someone there to sign for the parcel. UK only (Please note once we have dispatched the parcel and any delays occured via Courier or Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for 3rd Party activities)
Free Delivery
Orders Over £55.00 are Free of charge to the UK via Standard Delivery. If you need Guaranteed Next Day Delivery please select this during Checkout and a charge of £6.99 will be added to your order. The package will need a signature on arrival please ensure there is someone there to sign for the parcel. UK only
Guarnteed Next Day Service (Mon-Fri)
This is charged at £6.99 your order will arrive by 5:30 PM the following day. Please note that all orders for this service MUST be recieved by 12PM to be guaranteed for the following day. Any orders later than this will be dispatched the following day. Please call to check as there are occassions if you place the order later than 1pm we can dispatch that day. Please note any orders placed on Thursday after 12pm will not arrive until Monday. Friday after 12pm they will not arrive until Tuesday. The package will need a signature on arrival please ensure there is someone there to sign for the parcel. Europe & Worldwide
All orders to Europe and the rest of the world you will. If your parcel is heavier and the postage cost is higher we will inform you before dispatch for the difference to be paid. Please call or email us in advance so we can give you a cost before you place your order. We do not offer a next day service to ROI, Europe and Worldwide. (Please note once we have dispatched the parcel and any delays occured via Courier or Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for 3rd Party activities)
When are Orders dispatched?
All orders are normally dispatched the same day if placed by 12PM on a working day if products are out of stock we will contact you. We will inform you if there will be any delay. If they are out of stock we will let you know via emails when the order will be dispatched. Saturday and Sunday are not working days. So please take this into account when placing your order to avoid disappointment. We do not deliver on a Saturday.

Handling Complaints
We view complaints in a very positive manner as it gives us the opportunity to improve our standards. So please do not feel concerned about contacting us. Your comments will be welcomed and treated in confidence. We will acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days and indicate to you the timescale in which the problem will be resolved.
If you need to return an item.
If you are not entirely happy with any purchase from nappycakeshop.co.uk we will be pleased to refund the purchase price. (Please note Postage Cost is non refundable). This is provided the items are returned to us undamaged, in full working order and in the same packaging unopened in which it was dispatched, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please keep proof of posting in case goods are lost in the post.
Where free shipping applied on an order, the order will ONLY qualify for free shipping if the order is still above £55.00 threshold. Otherwise a charge of £4.95 will be made to cover for postage and packaging for remaining ordered items .
